The Northwest Woodsmen opened up the season with a promising victory over the Chicago Griffins, a Division I club. It was a hard hitting match and a great victory to start the season.

My only comment is that the Griffins B-Side played a VERY DIRTY GAME!! The Woodsmen B showed a lot of potential with a lot of new faces and barely ran out of time at the end of the game.
